1. These will be loans advanced to members to enable them do any kind of construction, for example residential houses construction, commercial house construction, all kinds of renovations and expansion 2. Maximum loan amount shall not exceed 80,000,000 3. Repayment period shall not exceed 24 months 4. Repayment plan shall be monthly, 3 % declining balance 5. Members shall have to develop a project budget for easy monitoring, supervision and evaluation.
